You might want to ask a person a bit more qualified in electrical issues. I got a mate who is a qualified electrician to rig my set up. I think that the White wire is Neutral and the brown wire is positive (Live) Although it seems to be fairly basic, better to be safe than sorry and get someone who knows electrical items to check it out. besides, USA and Australia have different colours for wiring. No but in this video the setting was on dough making which stops for a few seconds every now and then and only runs a program for 18 mins. Best to have a bread machine that has a non stop rotation. this way the beans do not get burnt when stationary. I have since then hard wired the motor so I can just turn on and off at the power supply. (Just ripped out the control panel and hard wire directly to motor.) No it is not a bread maker but a permanent coffee roaster.
