【本報訊】大街小巷的店舖更替，香港人早習以為常；小商戶捱不住業主加租，結業離場亦見怪不怪，愛上了香港的日本人丁子實（ Minoru Choji ）放棄了金融業的工作，以異鄉人身份在北角經營日本小食店，在過去一年半見識了某些港人貪婪、蠱惑的一面。近月他收到業主通知加租兩成半，本打算在港落地生根的他意興闌珊­，正考慮 8 月租約期滿結業，放棄他的異鄉創業夢。

It's unfortunate that there are selfish people in the world, it's important to realise it's not a country specific problem. Being gipped is almost a rite of passage in business (and in life), if you are unwilling to open your mind and accept that you need to improve and change the way you deal with suppliers, employees and in general running a business, then you are better off not running a business at all.
