asus G1s virus or dying video card?? help! (weird image at the end)

the video card has been problematic for months now, but ive always been able to run my computer.(i guess the integrated vid card kicked in). today i thought i would rid the virus once and for all by formatting the computer. unfortunately, i cant even complete the windows install process as seen above. i also can not boot it in safe mode because windows hasnt finished installing yet.

what should i do???what do u guys think???thx for the help

thats the video chip the laptop needs stripping down and have the chip re balled / flowed
