  • 3.5 years later, still funny.

  • @CorporateGrind He said fallen heroes many he sees here today. Where is the twist? The lefties love to twist what he says so he doesn't look so stupid. Of course B.O. is the most intelligent leftie going. That would make him the smart kid in the dumb class.

  • @Mojo3192 LOL

  • We got bigger problems than partisanship!!! ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!!! President Obama sees dead soldiers!!!

  • He was talking about Heroes. LOL @ people who try to twist everything he says to gain brownie points.

  • If the President does try to use war without approval, then he is committing treason and will become a enemy of the US. I know you weren't saying that, I just thought it would be good if that is what happened.

  • @1ohtaf1 I am living in today. If you are talking about the war on terror. A request was given to Congress in 2001 to pursue al-quida and other terrorist. You don't hear about it, because it wasn't reported in big press. You are right in the case that they did not officially declare war, but the President did have to request to use military forces. The President has the power to use military force, but not without the approval of Congress. Congress can deny it.

  • @Jayboy671 What time are you exactly living in? The US congress has not voted on war since WW2 and the US goes into countries with the wimps of the UN. The presidant can contol military operations overseas without approval of the congress. And i did not say the military had the decision i was saying that they SHOULD NOT opposed what YOU were saying.

  • @1ohtaf1 No, at least in the US. It is not the military's decision. Not at all. The people are represented by congress. Congress has the final say on weather to go to war. It is a law that way. The founding fathers did not have it that way before. It is now set up that the President must go to congress and state his reason and only congress can declare the war. Foreign countries don't decide for us. Congress here in the US did have the final word to have war.
