BUT INDIA CAN LAUNCH ITS OWN SATELLITES AND OTHER SATTELITES FROM DEVELOPED NATIONS....BUT WHAT ABOUT PAKISTAN..IT STARTED SUPARCO(PAKISTAN SPACE AGENCY)IN 1960'S BUT TILL NOW IT HASNT BUILD ITS OWN LAUNCH VEHICLE...
THIS IS THE TECHNOLOGHY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INDIA AND PAKISTAN......I THINK U UNDERSTOOD..
