I tuned in to see the Emotions, not the audience. The title of this clip should be "Audience at Emotions Concert"

Wow those vocals sound good. It's hard to keep that sound after all these years. Sometimes the tempo is speeded up to get the crowd going at the end of a song and to take it into another song. Or, they might "break it down" old school style from way back. It's ok to do that live. That's the sound of a "live" band and we're used to hearing it just like the record. They can also "take it to the bridge" or stretch it out or cut it short. That's the band leader's job. Memories...

FASTER TEMPO LOOSES THE TRUE FEEL. I THINK MUSICIANS SHOULD ALWAYS BE CONSCIOUS OF WHAT THEIR "GROOVE" IS DOING TO THE VOCALS. THE VOCAL "SHOULD" ALWAYS BE THE FOCAL!

Not a great version though. Sounds like the instruments are rushing and the voices struggling to keep up. But still a great song!!!
