  • just did lid off 24hrs. more refined now. no interesting smells now.

    ... don't leave the lid off more than a few hours or your alcohol will evaporate !

  • Hi all, i am from New Zealand and have just tried the "Bruichladdie Rocks" This is an unpeated Islay at 46% and is a very pleasing dram, if you get the chance try one...i also have an "Octomore" which is done by Bruichladdie and this is pretty awesome also.
