  • @LittleBeastM I feel that, I'm dealing with injuries myself and they're not fun. That's crazy that you went from bent to straight arms though, I would have thought that you would need to train more with straight arms first. Keep up the great stuff and definitely put up your straight arm stuff once you get it back! That would be quite awesome to watch. No problem.

  • @Zanjistic This is all very old footage of around 8-12 months ago, the 3-4 months before my injury, i had perfect full planche,ironcross, maltese sometimes, also i did weighted planche holds with 20kilo the day before my injury:(.. i had a bicep torn from overtraining and ofcourse not warming up .. thank you
