@4BodyGoals Funny that many immediately jump on the "health and fitness" bandwagon when it comes to plus *women*, but say little or nothing about big *guys*. Those same "health and fitness" freaks are usually much quieter about drugs, smoking, or binge drinking, any of which is much more dangerous. I know a 275lb woman who can out leg lift most guys (500lbs easily) and can do many more lengths than me in an olympic size pool. And she eats healthy. Skewed your bell curve, huh?
