Available to buy on Carlton DVD "Captain Scarlet" was a superb 1960s puppet show from the imaginations of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. (It's worth noting that the Carlton DVDs have a far superior picture quality as this is from an off-air recording in the 1990s)
This clip is in the style of the excellent 2005 "Dr Who" series teasers and so has THE DOCTOR WHO THEME on it (if that will annoy you then please don't watch the clip).
oh i have been waiting for this for YEARS!!!

Unknown to most Americans, had the Mysterons taken over the Earth then universal health care would have been given to all citizens, giant radiators in space would have solved global warming, and all banks would have required five percent equity down on any home purchase thus avoiding the sub-prime melt down of 2007.
Well, that's what the Mysteron press release said.
