@22jan51 I used to hear these songs on radio when I lived in zambia around 1982-85. I also saw some videos on TVZ at the time. But being a kid back then, I never got the words very well. So I can't help you much on translations because I only remember some of his songs in bits and pieces...

@oftendespised i used to hear a song like that over the radio in 1984 when I was 3rd grad in zambia. Paul ngozi's version (correct me if I'm wrong) sounds different to the one I heard. I also remember mom saying that women complained about it.

ngosi mean god bless in igbo ,girls mainly bears these name so what connection with igbos and zambia,burundi,zulu what connection ia m igbo from nigeria
