Granny Mae what kinda of oil do use? Just vegetable oil or lard? Man that looks good! I never had them. But maybe during the winter time I'll make them! Do you dip them in something? Like ranch dressing? Please write back! And thank you for sharing! =^.^=

@FruittisMaris , Thanks For watching. I use Cotton Seed oil to fry, it has a very clean taste but if you cant find it I also use Peanute Oil. Dipping in sauces such as Ranch Dressing would be really nice expecially if your using the fried tomatos as an appitizer, we generaly serve them with a meal so we dont dip but Im going to try that someone soon.

@GrannyMaesPlace Why hello Granny Mae, Nice to meet you! I didn't realize that I need to ask you another question about this recipe! Where do you find green tomatoes? Are these the kinda of tomatoes that are not ripe yet? Or is this a different kind? =^.^=

@FruittisMaris Well Sweetie they are regular tomatos before they ripen, I make them when my fresh tomatos are in season, but you can do the same things to cucumbers, egg plant, and squash when green tomatos are out of season. Good Luck.
