OFWs in HK picketed the Philippine Consulate General. Dolores Balladares-Pelaez, chairperson of UNIFIL-MIGRANTE-HK, declared the US and Philippine governments guilty of forced labor and human trafficking because of their involvement in the case of 51 Filipinos trafficked in Iraq.

Why we blame the US and Philippines government ? We must blame the people who work in the government , na sila ang gumawa ng kabulokan ng ating gobyerno at unang sisihin ang mga recruiter dahil kung wala sila , walang maloko na kababayan natin.

This is about Filipinos in Iraq right? Lets see a bus driver makes US$800 a month there, how much does a trike driver make in PI? Every Filipino I have talked to in Iraq want to work their. Of course I have talked to every Filipino in Iraq though.
