An entire 3+ minutes without a TelePrompTer or notes? I'll bet he's not apologizing for past US arrogance, like WWII, when we saved Europe from having to speak German. We're so sorry. This guy, Paul Ryan, listens to his constituents and knows more about the mood of this country than Obama, Biden, Pelosi, and Reid--COMBINED.

So you think that this bill is constructive, and therefore it is deconstructive to oppose it. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, which has been staffed lately by Democrats, came out and said that this bill will be more harmful in the long-term than if no stimulus was passed at all.
The very fact that he voted against this bill and spoke against it is constructive. It's the best that could be done considering Republicans were not allowed to be involved in its creation.
