Barrett from the Caddis Fly shows you how to tie this staple steelhead pattern: The Egg-sucking Leech. It's a great steelhead fly for winter and summer fish, easy to tie and fun to fish. For more fly tying info, check out www.OregonFlyFishingBlog.com.

  • @slipknotbot what I do is I toss it up stream and let it drift back down you man need to put a float on your line to get it to move back down stream well

  • You did an EXCELLENT job on the pattern sir! Also i love how informative you were. It doesn't do anyone any good to hear some music while tying.

  • Ive never seen it done with eyes. Im going have to try that.

  • While there may be others out there, you are the first tier other than myself who knows the meaning of ergonomics...wrist only, not the entire arm !! Good on ya !!
