This is a short 1 minute clip with timelapse scenes from downtown Vancouver. you'll see the Public Library, Gastown (with steam clock) and the Chinatown gate. There's also a clip with a reflection of the Harbour Centre Lookout.

I'm not sure what you consider normal :) I currently have 63 videos - 60 are with the HG10 and 3 with my new PMW-EX1R. Click my name and have a look at my channel.

My Canon HG10 (like most other camcorders in this price range) does not do timelapse in-camera, so I just recorded a long clip and compressed the clip in the editing software to create a timelapse.
