How will this be different from the Ancestry DNA test I took a few years ago?

Ancestry. com subscribers will be able to order the 'new' test (which is autosomal, which can give hints to both the testers mother and fathers background) for $99 - some who had submitted years ago via Ancestry.coms DNA service to a specific mtDNA or yDNA testing were invited last fall to be the BETA testers, and than an additional 10k were invited in before the end of the year. They are VERY backlogged, so do not expect quick results, many want this done as you can imagine.

Make a connection to your past, but it will cost you!!! It will cost you multiple times on your credit card!!! I was charged for months for a one time trial subscription. I do not appreciate dishonesty and therefore I have just begun to make others aware of ancestry.com.

(another post) And the surnames that match are not posted either--not until you go into each individual match. Surely this can be improved upon. Okay. That's all my complaints.  On the other hand. I LOVE the whole idea and am very excited about the prospects. But please, please Ancestry, come out of the nineties and redo the whole dang web site for Ancestry.com and DON'T let those web design geezers near your dna section. PLEASE!!!!
