Why are all the singers with real talent not as big as the crap ones like Justin bieber!?

most people don't really realize how sexist fairytales are because it's desguised by "happily ever after"s and we're just used to them. But when you really pay attemsion, a lot of them are saying that girls have to wait around for a big strong man to come and save them or they'll be unhappy their whole lives. Kindy sucky that this is pounded into the brains of 6 year olds isn't it?

Because I actually know the person who did write it. The problem was that she and the girl who did the chords, they did not copy-write it. They sold it to a producer and then it was passed onto Sara.

She's such a great singer and actress in her videos. If they were changing the scenes and clothes on me, I would have been so distracted! She just keeps looking at the camera and singing.

The booklets for "Careful Confessions" and "Little Voice" state that Bareilles wrote all of the songs by herself with the exception of "Love on the Rocks," which she and Javier Dunn had co-written. Why are you saying she didn't write it?

If you think about it 99% of the villains in fairytales are women, that alone is a clou to how they where used in earlier times do mark women as the "devils". Starts with the story of Andam and Eve, women have to bear the agony of birth as a way of "penance" for being seduced by the snake to eat the apple.

That still plays into socialy standarts now: Women who sleep with a lot of men are sluts but for men who sleep with a bunch of women there isn't even a word.

I started to listen to Sara's music when i was around 10. I thought all singers would be as talented as her and as clean. Nope. The expectations that she set for my bar was way to high for any justin beiber or kesha... I was going through my old iPod and i found songs of hers. so i listened. I guess i forgot how wonderful her music made me believe the meaning behind her songs truly teach my wonderful lessons. I started listening to sara and i know i will never stop...
