Equal Justice and Protection Under Law Long Overdue and Mandated by Law!

Long standing civil suit Los Angeles Superior Court Case #C895188 (for reference also Los Angeles Superior Court Case # BC 385899) lacks execution and enforcement of the final civil judgment. The litigation is proof of corruption in government in Los Angeles County, by agents and officials of government, who egregiously violate the lawful rights of untold numbers of innocent Black men, women, and/or their offspring, all while far too many elected Black leaders, Black lawyers, the typical Black middleclass remain silent. and/or conspire to further violate the rights of truly innocent U.S. citizens, specifically Black men, women, and/or their offspring, who are U.S. citizens by birthright!

In most any U.S. History class students are taught that when government goes awry you have the right to petition your elected official for redress.

In the "inner-city" should a law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery petition his or her elected official, you will be arrested & jailed by police as a result of a citizen's arrest being placed against you by Democratic Party affiliated Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson's office, etc., which truly proves how inept black leaders are.
