thank for the traffic engineers who did this video.it is a very good way to reflect highway performance, but LOS is not the most sutable measurement tool for urban areas like the hart of Manhattan. this is my finds after 10 years of working in the traffic engineering and trasport-land use planning, It is very important to understand that LOS does not promote/support Green development.
