Ok, listen. You Pinewild folks are crucially wrong. Pinehurst isn't the bad guy. When you speak of all of the "poor areas being left in the cold", review the policy. Pinehurst cannot annex these areas due to the fact that they do not qualify for annexation. They don't have 65% of their land developed. As for Pinewild, you use Pinehurst addresses and try to use the name of Pinehurst in order to increase your revenue. Look no further than your signs; "country club of Pinehurst". So please shut up.

Oh please, people...city residents have had to pay "double" taxes for years...if the anti-annexation forces have their way, NC cities will decay and will never be able to grow.

Hey, Crazy...it must be hard to be around people that worked hard all their life, acquired marketable skills, saved and sacrificed and now want to keep what they earned.
Rest easy. Mr. "Spread the Wealth Around" will do all he can to put more of someone else's money in your pocket.

i work in pinewild at the country club and all the members that live there are old grouchy assholes, the only care about themselves and their money oh and golf
