Dean's always been a Socialist & Globalist, and has wanted us to follow the European socialist model. There is a video of him making a speech to the PES (Party of European Socialists) telling them "we" need a new Global New Deal, and "social justice" and that their PES party is aligned with our Democrats (no kidding!).
