@siniraag my xj is shaft driven so im not aware of a way to change the gear with out really gettin dirty

Have you considered to change the gear ratio ? smaller gear to the back and bigger up front. I've done a lot of mods to my Xj now, this is a very old video. I cahnged the rear wheel to wider 17'' wheel with 39 sprocket.. when riding 60mph, it does 3800rpm. whit the old wheel and sprocket it did 60mph with 4500rpm. i lost a little bit of acceleration, but compensated it with the engine ignition advance mod.
Cheers!

@ThaBR33D my xj750 has been the most reliable old bike ive had. but as far as highway is concerned it is in despereate need of a 6th gear. consider 12.5 mph at 1000 rpm so about 6000 rpm at 74mph

Nice looking bike you have, I started watching, and fell asleep, The music put me in la la land. If the bike was making it's music, Just maybe I would have stayed awake. Ride safe out there, yl

I've sold my diversion :( it's been a great motorcycle. It has run over 65000 km, but it had absolutely no problems. Unfortunately, I had to sell it...

Really nice vid :D
I definitly choose the XJ600 as my first bike :D

Unreliable??? It's compleatly opposite to unreliable!:D
It runs well 200 000km without changing anything on the engine. It's Bomb-proof!
Every time I am down I watch the first part of this vid and it makes me want to get my Diva (German nickname for XJ600 Diversion) out even when it is shitty weather outside. Action camera and fitting music make a great combo, safe travels to you from Germany
