An excellent tactic to try when meeting someone new is to PUT THEM IN THE FRIEND BOX!. This gets their attention as it's unusual. I find it funny that many women I HAVE MET PERSONALLY expect a guy to accept friendship after they have rejected you but if you do the same to them they act like someone ripped their heart out.
