how do you set it to NTFS mode? can any one tell me.

Open my computer, right hand click on the drive, click format. Select NTFS, and quick format, and then click format.
**THIS WILL DELETE ALL INFORMATION ON THE DRIVE, BACK ANYTHING IMPORTANT UP**

How has that drive been working?
Are you using the backup software that came with it?
How do you like it?

The drive works great, a review is on it's way. I do not use the software, I just formatted the disk in NTFS. It is very fast.

Cool, does it try to install that software by it's self?
After you format the drive is the software gone?

No, but it asks you to. The software is gone after formatting.
