With Q-PLM Transcat PLM is delivering a standard solution for the integration of the Product Data Quality Software, Q-Checker, with virtually any PDM system on the market. Q-PLM nicely connects to PDM systems over an easy to manage and easy to maintain XML interface.

This Video is showing how product data quality can integrate in Smarteam. Q-PLM Smarteam is a standard solution, simplifying the integration of Q-Checker for CATIA V5 with Smarteam, increasing the awareness and importance of data quality throughout the lifecycle stages.

Q-PLM enables launching Q-Checker runs from the PDM system. After a check run, the results are added as HTML-Report to the respective item in the PDM system, PDM attributes are changed, giving the basis for workflow decisions - depending on a model's quality level its lifecycle change may be rejected or refused.
