Hi There the weight was almost exactly the same as when it was IC between 5 and 5.25 lbs, no lightening took place.

Hi Yes the pack is a 6S1P A123 of 2300 mAh. gives between 8 and 12 minutes of flying depending on how you fly.

Hi cammnut,, the other day my old man was throwing out some of his old planes from when i was a kid, he come to his wot 4 and I told him not to throw it away! Told him I'd convert it to electric, it's my next project.

I was just wondering what the battery is? Is it just a 2300MAh a123 6s1p battery pack?

I am in the middle of converting my own WOT 4 and LiPos are too expensive and take too long to charge.
