That was one of the oddest movies I've ever seen. Maybe I expect something different from the format. I'd much rather see this as a play or read this as a novel.

This movie was a bit boring to me, though I thought that Woody Allen made it, just because he was well in character. So that part I enjoyed.

No I mean they never caught him and he had no motive
Well it's playing with surrealism. My thought is that the killer is really a metaphor for the spectre of death and everyone in the film has a take on how to cheat it-- or deal with it as it comes. Since when does death in any form have a motive? It's an inevitable thing.
