This happend over a year, the cop that ordered the tase killed himself over guilt.

Why would they turn the camera away from the action when that should of been the main focus. I am in no way advocating the macabe but stick with the action. If they can't handle the unexpected DON'T RECORD!

Results of an ever decreasing appreciation for the value of human life, especially those deemed "unfit".  If the so called leaders in society do not lead by a good example and maintain negative attitudes, the outcome is not going to be very positive. The mother of the victim probably regrets making that 911 call. The victim was outmanned & outgunned. No real threat to anyone but himself. 21 yr vet = burnout. Thanks for posting. So what do you suppose happens when someone standing on a ledge is tased? He falls, that's what happens. Children age 3 and up understand that much, but that's too intellectual for cops and yourself, I gather.

I wonder what those geniuses were expecting. Seriously, what did they expect would happen? He had no way to go but down. The cops should be sterilized, so much stupidity should not be allowed to pollute the gene pool.
