@excalibour34 - Although all dogs descended from wolves, Huskies are in a sense closer to Wolves. Comparing dog genes to wolves, researchers found that a group of ancient dog types split off first. Later the majority of canines evolved into hunters, herders and guard dogs due to breeding programs developed over the last several hundred years. The new study of purebred dogs says among those closest to their wild wolf ancestors are the Siberian Husky, Chinese Shar-pei and African Basenji.

I guess your critic was a film major at 14 .Your teacher obviously liked it if you recieved an A, and if you enjoyed making it thats all mattters. I enjoyed your report,thanks for posting it.

Ok, a few mistakes in this report, Husky's are not considered to be "large" dogs, though they MAY get up there in size, like humans range in height, its actually considered to be a medium sized dog. Also, they're not decedents of the wolf family, they may look like wolves and howl like them, but they're no more wolf than a golden retriever or German Shepherd. Good job otherwise.
