Telling City Council how parking restrictions interfere with ministry

Terri Palmquist speaks to the Bakersfield City Council on September 9, 2009, explaining how the new parking restrictions interfere with the ministry of helping women outside the abortion chamber and how this ministry is a benefit to the City. She also reminds the Council that City Manager Alan Tandy is not their employer, but that he works for them. Tandy had stated at the previous Council meeting that the parking restrictions would not be reconsidered. Terri closes by encouraging Council members to join us at the 40 Days for Life vigil.
