This kind of discipline is exactly what the Western world is lacking. Maybe we can learn something from it. First, doing excercise regularly and don't eat too much junk food, Obesity is out of the way. In the west, people are too self centred.

It`s a pity that the madmen in charge of this nation, did not put the money they spend on this sort of display, to use by feeding their own people.
