  • Marty what are you doing a mila-second before you make a bend. Your bends have a slight dirty feel, could you tell me what you are doing?

  • Let me sum this up, If it wasn't for Marty- I wouldn't be half the player I was today... I owe it all to him. Top Bloke.

  • @floodhound2 In case you still wondering or someone else, When you bend you can touch the string above with your fingertops and then hit both strings and, i think that was what you meant :)

  • Im 16 and me and my dad play together. He is good and I'm learning. If it wasent for your videos, i wouldnt know haf the stuff or have the courage to try and learn new things.

    Thanks sooo much♥

  • Very nice, well laid out and presented Marty. Thank you.

  • if I could play as good as this mutha I could listen to myself play all day everyday, workin on it cuz I love this chewy, crunchy, tasty shit.this vid sure put me farther than i was thnx Marty

  • I CAN IMAGINE THAT SOUND WITH A "PRS SE SANTANA" <3 But les Paul is Awesome

  • theres this lick ive been trying to find for so long, its a real rocky angus young type thing that goes pretty fast but is short and repeats itself?

  • @floodhound2 i think hes muting the string above it with his palm, hitting that then hitting the target string and then bending

  • i like the sounds of this STONED BOBBLE HEAD just can't stand to watch him play

  • @floodhound2 I'm guessing you mean when he rakes the strings and then hits the note to bend, or could be referring to the double stop bends where it's two notes at once. But, the raking bend is where you hit the strings lower strings while they are muted, and in that stroke you also hit the note you want to bend. It gives the bend a bigger sound.
