I've lost 10 pounds in 4 months by drinking water, eating smaller portions, uppping my fruits and veggies, and getting my heart rate up for at least 20 minutes by working out, running, or dancing with the kids.

Here I am 10 lbs lighter and wearing a dress I haven't worn since Jr year of high school! It's a 1950s vintage cocktail dress I got on eBay. I LOVE it!
