    In the last 2 years I have lost exactly 158 lbs (really focused in past year). I was at 338 lbs & today I weigh 180 lbs. & I will get to 165 lbs. by Nov. 1st.

    How did I do it? For me it was bike riding. At first I could only go about 7 miles, gradually I built up endurance, etc. Today I ride 30+ miles daily. In the winter I'm in Florida for 6 months where I average 40+ miles daily.

    My diet has also greatly improved. I also quit all fast foods & soda.
