I commented on this when it was brand new but wanted to watch it again. It really hit me this time as both Martha and Ten have moved on now. "Live while you can" Also how the Doctor had a doctor of his own in Martha. That short clip from Smith and Jones where he's blasting the Slab with radiation gets me everytime now...different type of radiation, but it is what gets him in the end. Ten had a sad life, but he and his companions were so so very alive. Still lovely!

@TenFan89 I'm quite enjoying it. Definitely a different dynamic but I think Matt and Karen are doing a great job. The overarching plot is also very good. I quite quite like Eleven and when I'm watching eps I don't miss Ten but if I feel a little low and need something to go back to I definitely find myself watching Ten and his friends. I loved those characters. How about you? Enjoying it?

@paigehobo Quite a bit, actually! I was really low before the start of series five but after watching the Eleventh Hour I came around to appreciating MS and KG in their respective roles. Its kinda sad cause I go several episodes without even thinking about ten :( DT is still my Doctor though!

You know, I like the new Doctor, but the problem with him is that he never hugs...whenever Amy & him get seperated & then come back 2gether again, they just say stuff & go on....but the 10th Doctor hugged everyone, wherever he went........=P =D

Love this. Just finished watching s1-s5. Martha and Ten/Martha are my favorite. I keep reading comments and fics about the Doctor treating Martha bad, never hugging her, etc. I can't figure out what series some people were watching. This a great collection of hugs and the flirting and incredible smiles he directed at her.
