Humanities Center Director Steve Shankman interviews faculty, staff, and visiting lecturers about their research and interests for a 30 minute show that gives an inside look at the University of Oregon. This episode features Erin Cline, an Assistant Professor of Chinese Philosophy and Religion. Her research interests include classical Chinese philosophy and religions, and comparative religious though. She is now working on a book examining the idea of social justice in the Confucian Analects, and how that might contribute to current discussions in ethics and political philosophy.
