You have America's Trans-national stick up your ass, prick. The trail should be open to OHV travel unless there is a parallel trail that is open to OHV's. Northern California has no legal places to ride OHV's except for Prairie City SVRA and the El Dorado National forest (less and less of the EDNF is available, every day). If you want people to comply with the law, make the law less totalitarian and evil.
