  • Oh I eat lots of salads and veggies already. I just don't like the 3 things you suggested.

    I am seeing lots of results already in the last 6 months.

    Thank you for the advice.

  • Well I would prefer to eat ice cream & and Pizza all day, but sometimes you make sacrifices to eat healthy.

    I never use to like any kind of salads or veggies before.

    It's something that will grow on you, especially when the results come faster in your training.

  • The heart rate monitor is much more accurate for counting calories.

    It's also vital for interval training.

    You should check out cottage cheese, almonds, & fish-oil. For some great nutrition snacks.

    Cottage cheese is high in protein, low in carb. Almonds are high in good fats ( monosaturated fats ). Fish-oil does wonders as a supplement, google it.
