Padmé Amidala (Anakin Skywalker) - My Last Goodbye

In the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Padmé Amidala falls in love with Anakin Skywalker. Their story ends tragically, with the death of Padmé and the fall of Anakin to the Dark Side. But that isnt what this video is about.

I really do not like the pairing of Anakin and Padmé. I tolerate it because without them together, we would not have Luke and Leia. But otherwise, the more I watch the prequel trilogy, the less I like the two of them together. Anakin does have moments where he isnt whiny, obsessive, or arrogant, but theyre rare. I believe that Padmé deserves someone with a little more emotional stability than Anakin.

At any rate, this song perfectly fits how I think Padmé should respond to Anakin, especially after he starts falling toward the Dark Side. She has had some good times with him, but ultimately, their relationship is filled with tension and lies. She should say good-bye while she can so that she doesnt waste her life.

Please do not leave nasty comments to this video. If you support Anakin/Padmé, thats fine. I am not judging you. I just wanted to make a video showing my own view of how the situation should have gone. As I said, I do not hate Anakin/Padmé; I just dont care for it. If I get too many nasty comments, I will take away your ability to comment. Thank you.

This is the reason this Star War movie is so beautiful. And so powerful. Everything is in our mind. We can only control our mind. How to think. Our thinking determins what we are in this universe. It is beautiful.

Yes, we can control only one thing. How we think. The last episode, Return of Jedi, indicates that Darth Veda returns back as the Anakin again. The father and son relationship is the ultimate force in the universe. Life needs to continue. Although Luke Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker never lived for one day in their entire life. However, Anakin, as Darth Veda, just can not see his son to be killed by the emperor. Therefore he killed the emperor and bring back the balance of force.

Padame and Anakin. This pairing relationship is beautiful and perfect story. The director and producer, George Lukes, really thinks through.

36 years after this film is made, this movie makes a lot sense. Although this is a fiction, it reflect the real life. Anakin becomes Darth Veda, only when his fear and greed grow.

Basically, how we are. With love, we are innocent and beautiful.  With fear and greed, we become nesty and ugly. So, only one thing we can control: our mind.
