@vegism If you listen a lot to Marc Ribot (as I do) you will definitely hear that he has a style that "has it's own theory" and his own sound, no matter how chaotic it is. This music is based on entirely different parameters than get the magic. However, I do understand why most people (my music-loving friends too) don't get the magic. Not because they're stupid, but because we're all different. Thank God for that. But I dare to say Ribot is very talented! (PS: I fucking love the tune you quoted)

I only hope that our students can at least make their way through the media blitz of popularity and the bullshit critic that called this crap music to carry this country through all of the hippie leftover which pollutes our youth. Be proud of your GAP and Abercrombie Hippies!!! you deserve it!

It was a nice expression, but just another example of failed music theory in my opinion. songwriting, a vision or some sort of structure is essential to entice a good eargasm.
