my new pet rat Mooshkah

this is my new pet rat mooshkah, thats mouse in russian, but its most likley not spelled right lol, but shes still a baby, shes gonna get a lot bigger. she likes to sit on my shoulder and on my head when i let her (:

i want to have two pet rats. i dont know if i want males or females yet. i hear that males smell alot. have you ever been arround male rats? if so do they smell badly or is it hardly, if at all, noticeable?

@ipodman142 rats will not die from being alone! they just need a comppanion rat to be more healthy and happy! if you plan on spending alot of thime with your rat then your rat will be fine!

Never put your mouse in a or rat in a tank,

and you must have more then one mouse or rat or if you just have one house or rat it will get and depressed and DIE

shes far too young to be away from her mother, she looks less than 4 weeks and rats shouldnt be away from their mother untill 6 weeks. i would guess shes from a pet shop because only idiots in pet shops (or very bad breeders) are willing to give a rat away this young. also, rats need to be kept in at least pairs. dumbos dont have flatter or wider heads, the only difference is their ears. they also shouldnt be kept in tanks. if youd like to be a good owner, feel free to message me for some advice
