Fallout 3 Sound Glitch

This is a sound glitch I've run into during the very beginning of the game. I have all my sound drivers up to date. I have no clue what this could be and have not been able to find anyone else online who has had the same issue.

I actually have since found a solution to my problem. It might help you too, although I never had the menu music problem as well. But its prolly worth a shot, and if it doesn't work, the process is reversible. It's all explained in this post from Fallout Nexus

Exactly the same sound problem starting right in this location. And also I've got no music in main menu.
