@RethParish yeah its really awesome i was suprised and they were awesome, and idk i think its like extra packs they have in storage so they throw them in for random sales. idk but always look for them!!!

Holy cow! Base Set packs in stores in 2010?! That is insane. And they are not reprints or anything. I wonder where they got those old packs from to put in the blisters. I never knew that Target had such awesome blisters like that. I remember when Base Set packs were in stores a long time ago. Do they still sell these?
