Yea, I hear ya. I started on a used set of Vestax about 1997. I got the mixer and 2 decks for under 250 bucks on ebay. These were shit tables but I am glad I started on wobbly platters with no torq and shit needles. Practiced a while on those till I had the light touch needed to move that vinyl without skipping the needle then when I later upgraded to Technics and a Vestax 06pro mixer it was like, holy crap, super turntables and a buttery fader.

@MixtapeMessiah92 lol, yeah I know, it happens fast to a point then you gotta work to keep up the progress. Did you use Serato? I always suggest stayin vinyl if you really want to go the turntablist route. When scratching I can tell the difference between analog and digital scratching. I use Serato to mix or juggle but for scratching I prefer vinyl hands down.
