hello, iv been on the blue inhaler since i was a child im now 26 years old and very dependent on them, not for asma tho its more of a anxiety thing. i use one a week and know i shouldent. but im just wondering am i just mentaly adicted to it. or could it be more Physical? when i dont take it i start to feel tight in my trote but not my chest as you would with asma.

Ive got exercised induced asthma! I use a rescue 'Ventolin' but its a rescue inhaler and my doctor says i should take it 'before' not 'during' and asthma attack!
