He needs a better trainer. He needs to throw combinations and a lot more jabs. Even when he tires out his opponent because he has much more stamina and is given an opening he does not take the opportunity too strike. He needs to use combinations instead of getting cought up in a straight punching match. He favors using one arm instead of switching it up making himself predictable as well. With better coaching he could become a even better fighter.
