MINI-CHALLANGE: The new exercise I tried this week was Pure Cardio Insanity. I am going to continue to do this exercise a couple times a week along with my other exercises. It was really tough but I'm glad I tried it!

Original Weight (June 2010): 203 lbs
Starting Weight (at time of entry): 175 lbs
Current Weight: 168.6
Goal Weight: 150 lbs

You're doing really well... and wow for exercising every day, thats awesome! I am going to do that this week because my husbands 30th birthday is in 2 weeks and Im planning a trip and I want to feel less bloated and.. well... fat lol. Goodluck on your finals, I know how stressful it can be... so thats really good you have exercised every day!
