I was not talking about religion or the bible. Jesus never said make a church in my name or wrote down anything.

@hrysoulam Here we go again, people trying to spread religion where it doesn't belong. Yeah true, your bible teaches that Christ said to love others and love thy enemy, yet your God would be the first to smite his own enemies? Tell, me did God write the bible? Or man? Too many contradictions if you ask me. I'm just going to go with what my heart says an live my life the best I can. So drop it with the religious post already. They don't belong in the spiritual category.

Meditating to Jesus is the only way to open the Ajna chakra. Jesus said "I am the Way. Only through me one can find My Father" Only through forgiveness you can clear all the clatter because through that you also open your heart. Once you learn to forgive you learn at the same time to accept and love the others as your own self. Saying the prayer of the Father, which Jesus gave to his disciples, with your right palm on your forehead, is the best prayer to open the Ajna chakra.
