Great Vid as per usual, I really love what your doing with the old photos and the music. Speaking of music, do you have a link where you can get all these great songs or are they from your own personal collection?
I looked up the record in the Columbia files, and sadly the singer is not identified there. However, Reisman's orchestra was much admired by his peers (Jerome Kern called it "The string quartet of dance bands") and often featured Broadway performers or the composers themselves as vocalists. So we'd better start speculating at the top of the pops ...
By the way, this was recorded 2nd July, 1928, and the artist card shows no take number - maybe Grzegorz can help?

Frankly that I'm not fan of the music
is not important :
the reason is simple...
The reaserches you do, and what (topics, pictures and so on) you put on your videos is simply impressive, close to perfection...
So, have almost always to give you 5***
You and your videos deserve it !
smiles :-)
Hope you won't mind I almost always critize... must be my bloody caracter... lol

The singer remind me of some of the 1930 recordings by Reisman. Is it prob. the band violinist Lew Conrad?

Incredibe how ecstatic this "low-down" tune sounds. Exactly what I love about the 20's.

That cornet solo near the end is a marvel and I love that last staircase photo.
